Registrations are fully transferable. Cancellations received by April 4, 2008, will be fully refunded. Pre-event cancellations after April 4, 2008, will be refunded minus a $199.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received May 4 or later (including event "no-shows") will forfeit the entire event registration.

Hotel attendees who check-out prior to the check-out date confirmed at on-site check-in will be charged an Early Departure Fee of $162.00.
