Track Leader: Pete Larson
Speaker Bio:
Pete Larson joined Bethany Press International in December 1997 to develop the sales and marketing needed to transition the company from a non-profit, in-house division to a taxable entity able to serve the entire Christian publishing industry. After successfully establishing the company in the marketplace, Pete was promoted to Vice President of Business Development where he was responsible for sales, customer service, estimating and planning. He currently serves in the role of Chief Operations Officer, overseeing all of the day-to-day operations of the company – from sales to production to shipping.
After graduating from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations, Pete spent 10 years in sales and management in the newspaper industry where he discovered his love for printing and publishing. He views his currently position as his ideal job since it draws on his years of experience in sales, his educational background, his love of printing/publishing and his desire to see the Word of God spread throughout the world.
